Privacy Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Paul Lenk Studio collects through paul-lenk.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Paul Lenk Studio is the trade name of Paul Lenk LLC, based in Los Angeles, California, with studios in Los Angeles (USA), Mexico and Spain. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Paul Lenk LLC.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact or Studio Session forms, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, company or website, the services you’re interested in, your message and, for Studio Sessions, your preferred time. Please don’t send sensitive information (such as health or financial details) through the forms.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (city or country), the pages you view, how you arrived and how long you stay. We use this to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.

Cookies and similar tools

We use a small number of tools that may set cookies or collect technical data:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC), to measure visits and improve the site.
  • Jetpack Stats (Automattic Inc.), for basic, aggregated traffic statistics.
  • Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC), to protect our forms from spam. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
  • Google Fonts (Google LLC), which delivers the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when the fonts load.
  • Wordfence (Defiant Inc.), a security service that logs visits to block malicious traffic.

Your choice. If you’re visiting from Europe or the UK, we ask first: Google Analytics stays off unless you choose “Sounds good”. If you’re visiting from Mexico, we show a short notice and you can turn analytics off at any time. Everywhere else, analytics is on by default and you can turn it off whenever you like. Choosing “No thanks” in Cookie settings switches Google Analytics off for you completely. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiry, schedule a Studio Session and send you the plan or proposal you asked for.
  • To provide and manage our services if you become a client.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To keep the site and our forms secure and free of spam.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

How we share it

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share it with service providers that help us run the site and our business (website hosting, email, analytics, security and backups), who may use it only to provide their services to us, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept according to our analytics settings, for up to 14 months.

International transfers

We’re based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you’re in the European Union or Mexico, your information may be transferred outside your country. When that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or our providers’ certifications under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

European Union and Spain (GDPR). We process your information to respond to your request and take steps before a possible contract, for our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and with your consent where required, for example for analytics cookies. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or to your local authority.

Mexico. Under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights), and you can withdraw your consent or limit how we use your information.

California. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, and to request access, correction or deletion. As noted above, we don’t sell or share personal information.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we respond, and we’ll reply within the time the law requires.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), security monitoring and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as LYXPLANET and Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
